Years ago I had a teacher that asked why does everyone have to learn algebra especially if you don’t plan to be in a career that actively requires it?

Being young, like most of my classmates, I did not have much of an answer ....

So why then??

To teach you to approach problems from more than just one direction or perspective!

This wisdom has helped me so much in life!
