In Colorado,
2025 is ushering in new plenty of new laws, several apply directly to gun owners...........

Colorado's new law, HB-1348, will become law on January 1, 2025. The law primarily concerns transporting a weapon in a vehicle, reportedly to ensure that a firearm is stored safely in a vehicle.

Regarding handguns, HB-1348, states that handguns must be locked in a hard-sided container that is out of sight when it is left in an unattended vehicle.

I thought my locked car was already a hard-sided, locked container. Hmmmm, just passing more feel good laws.
