Hey, hey, hey I'm back! Eight weeks out from hip resurfacing and getting my strength.back. I'm at awesome EFC teaching result classes. Monday 8 am and Tuesday at 9am is KNOCKOUT! If you want some chiseled arms and awesome core I'll meet you in the cage . There is something so empowering hitting that bag with boxing gloves. Monday 9 am, Tuesday 8am, Wednesday 9 am and Thursday 8am is Synergy! One of the coolest circuit training classes in town...kettlebells, trx, ropes, omg sooo much fun and GREAT workout. Monday and Tuesday is emphasis on legs and Wednesday and Thursday is emphasis on upper body. These classes are like having a PFT at a great price!! $40 a month. Come on time for a change folks!!! Hey EFC barre students, Thank y'all so much for the cards I got today. I smiled, cried and thanked God for each and everyone of you. Perfect timing and I feel your prayers and well wishes. Hello!!! Ok, I thought I'd share some yummy breakfast choices. Please remember it is the most important meal of the day!! Eat like a King!! If you're in a hurry a smoothie would be quick to fix and go out the door Quickly. I use fat- free yogurt, frozen strawberries, banana, OJ and cover with ice. you can eat any kind of fruit you like. Refreshing and yummy.
I love eggs so much.... I whisk two eggs and cook on both sides and add all kind of yummy things. Ex. Tomatoes, onions, fat free feta, garlic. Let your taste buds go crazy try all kinds of vegetables. This morning a had some leftover canned salmon from the night before, and added to my eggs. Salmon recipe was a can of pink salmon, 1/4 c fat free sour cream, chopped onions, celery, and lemon pepper. I served it in a tomato scooped out. You could also sauté the salmon with Pam olive spray if you'd like . Hope these recipes help. Have an awesome quote: Be the kind of women that every morning when you wake up the devil says "Crap!! Hey, Hey, Hey, Are you squeezing your butt!!! If you're a barre student you get it!! Ok, here we go girls...time to get real and get busy.... need some real results!!! Lets start with some pre-workout snacks. Your body needs some carbs to get those engines burning hot. Need some good energy stores to pull from. Try to munch on something 30 to 60 minutes before your workout. Ex. A piece of whole grain toast with fruit preserve, Oatmeal with diced strawberries or apples, banana with peanut butter or low fat yogurt. Ok, lets get fired up with the right kinds of foods and the energy to go take a class and squeeze those butts.

Good morning! Promised some fitness and nutrition tips. Remember motivation gets you started, but good habits keep you going! Ok, who sent out the memo stating that you can exercise and eat whatever the fat you want. Whoever did was WRONG! Take the word diet out of your vocabulary and just make some lifestyle changes!! Small changes not huge ones will make you feel successful and aspire for more!! Let's go!! 1. Do not starve yourself ... Huge mistake put good calories in and burn them!!! 2. Drink water place a water bottle on your nightstand and drink it down first thing in the morning. Drink a full 8oz. Before each meal. Add 4 to 6 more during the day!!! 3. Eat breakfast most important meal of the day. No excuses! Get some good carbs in and protein. Boil some eggs and have them ready, add whole wheat toast with white cheese and a piece of fruit. 4. Add a snack 2 hours later almonds, mozzarella cheese stick wrapped in turkey and lettuce, fruit ..... Ok, enough for know. Hey girlfriends if we don't take care of ourselves, nobody else will! Prepare separate things for yourself!! I'll be sending more tips out soon. Keep looking up and trusting him!! Pray for good lifestyle changes, he wants us to help us with everything in our lives. Wow, what an awesome day. Slept in late, went to church, heard an awesome sermon, taught a power tabata class at Ultimate Ride (one of the best kept secrets in Augusta) and now chilling. God gives us all gifts and I want to share my gift of motivating you to be the best you can be. I'm so lucky to meet such incredible people with fitness and thru my store. Thank you Here's some truths that I've learned thru my life 1. Ask God to hover over your life 2. Surround yourself with positive people that lift you up and encourage you. 3. Believe in yourself or no one else will 4. When you wake up every morning look in the mirror and say I can and I will 5. Thank people for small things 6. SMILE even when you are feeling crappy it really helps 7. Love and share love 8. Don't set high expectations be realistic! 9. Make small goals and feel success and celebrate when you reach them 10. Pray
I've been asked to share some nutrition tips and fitness tips and Would love to. I think we need to work on our hearts and minds the very most. I'm constantly learning, making mistakes, learning some more and striving to continue to make myself a better person. I'm not perfect, but forgiven. We all need to lift each other up and love! Tips will be coming weekly!
