✨New boats. New stories. New chapters for Augusta Rowing Club.✨

We’re excited to welcome four new Hudson shells to Augusta Rowing Club, each carrying a name with its own story:

• Suffer
• √π (Square Root of Pi)
• Quicksilver ’96
• Eternal Optimist

These aren’t just names on a hull. They honor the people, traditions, inside jokes, and enduring spirits that have shaped our club and the sport of rowing. Every time these boats launch, they carry a little piece of our history with them.

To everyone who has supported Augusta Rowing Club over the years—thank you. Your generosity is creating opportunities for today’s athletes and generations still to come.

And this is just the beginning… a brand-new eight will be joining the fleet soon!

Here’s to fast boats, strong crews, and the next chapter on the Savannah River.

We loved having the Marines at the boathouse for their monthly training day recently. They learned proper erg form, rowing on the swingulator, and then duked it out in an erg competition!

Now we’re ready to have some Marine boats racing at Head Of The South Regatta Regatta in November. Many thanks to the coaches and volunteer rowers who helped make the day memorable!
