I hate not being able to eat my food right away because it's too hot.🥵

TIP: FROZEN FRUIT!

I get a higher fruit intake for the day AND cools my food down. Talk about two 🐦 and one 🪨

Frozen fruits and veggies are picked at their peak freshness before they're frozen. So, they never lose any vitamins or minerals that often get lost if you don't use fresh fruits and veggies right away (because once you've plucked them from their stems they start to die).
