I realized it's been quite a while since I've posted here!

Life has been keeping me busy, and I've been reminded that peace isn't found in having a perfect schedule. It's found in being present wherever we are.

Recently, I had the chance to attend a networking event at a baseball game. It was the perfect combination of making new connections, catching up with people I've gotten to know over the years, and simply enjoying the game together. I'd definitely call that a win-win!

🐪 Hump Day vibes… here's hoping it was mindful 😎

Life can have as many ups and downs as our weather lately…
one minute sunshine ☀️… the next, total chaos 🌧️

Without mindfulness, it can feel like you’re being je**ed around on a carnival ride. 🎢

But when you slow down…
when you stay present…
you realize you don’t have to react to every twist and turn.

You get to ride it differently.

A little more grounded.
A little more peaceful.
A little more in control.

Because life isn’t meant to be survived…
It’s meant to be enjoyed.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Here is your reminder to enjoy the little things. I sure needed it this weekend.

It was one of those perfect Saturdays… ☀️
70s, sunshine, not a cloud in the sky.

So I did something I haven’t done in far too long…
I pulled my “baby” out of the garage.

25 years old.
And yes… I’ve had it since it was brand new. ❤️

The moment I put the top down and started driving, it felt like I stepped back in time.
There’s just something about it—the air, the freedom, the memories—that you don’t quite get any other way.

And if you need proof that it’s been sitting a little too long…

Some things never change… and maybe that’s not such a bad thing.

A lesson I’ve never forgotten…

My first spiritual teacher was incredibly gifted—an New York University-trained therapist, a hypnotist, and one of the most insightful people I’ve ever met.

He used to say:
“If you are struggling to understand where you are meant to be… look down at your feet.”

At the time, I didn’t fully grasp it.
Over the years- my own detours- it became clear.

So often, we search for clarity somewhere “out there”…
The next step.
The next opportunity.
The next version of our life.

But his perspective was simple—and profound:
👉 There are no mistakes. Only detours.

Detours that are meant to shape us.
Teach us.
Strengthen us.
Prepare us.

Even the seasons that feel uncomfortable… misaligned… or uncertain…
are not wasted.

They are revealing something.
They are refining something.
They are redirecting something.

So if you’re feeling unsure today…
If you’re questioning where you are or why you’re there…

Pause for a moment.

Look down at your feet.

You are not here by accident.
And you are not stuck—you are being guided.

Trust the process… even when it doesn’t yet make sense. 💫
