Augusta Homecoming Fest The 2013 Augusta Homecoming Fest will be October 7-12. NEW EVENT THIS YEAR--BLAST FROM THE PAST MOVIE to be held at AHS on Wednesday afternoon.

The 2013 Augusta Homecoming Festival begins Monday, October 7 with 'PAINT THE TOWN'- student groups paint signs to be placed at local businesses for the week, and the COMMUNITY TAILGATE PARTY, PEP RALLY and POWDER PUFF FOOTBALL GAME all take place on Thursday, October 10, starting at 5:30pm. Friday night is Orioles vs Ark City football, and events on Saturday start at 7:30am with a 4 mile run-LOOP THE LAKE, the SPIRIT PARADE AT 10:00am and the YESTERYEAR FAIR running till 3:00pm.

So today for "Hero" day I wanted to dress up as my son, Hunter. He wanted me to wear KSU clothing, really? Man I love that kid but purple....so hard for me to do. He is still my hero!
