I’ve been a little MIA lately but I had to come on here and celebrate such a HUGE win for women all over the world.

Women are starting to be taken more seriously and I’m praying this means better care and faster diagnosis for women that are experiencing these symptoms.

Never stop advocating for yourself and others, change WILL happen!

Unfortunately class for today(4/29) has been canceled. I will see you all this Saturday at 8:00am for Rise and Grind🤘

He is risen 🤍✨

Easter is more than just egg hunts and candy, it’s about Jesus’ sacrifice for us all. It’s a reminder that no matter how heavy things feel, there is always renewal, strength, and new life waiting on the other side.

Just like in fitness, growth comes through surrender, discipline, and faith in the process, even when it’s hard.

Today I’m choosing gratitude, grace, and the reminder that I am being lifted in more ways than one 🙏🏼
