As of yesterday I’ve completed 2 weeks of 75 Lifted🏋️‍♀️

So far:

⭐️I’ve lost 2lbs
⭐️My appetite/metabolism is starting to regulate
⭐️My resting heart rate is decreasing
⭐️My sleep has improved
⭐️My mood has improved
⭐️No binge eating
⭐️So much bloating and inflammation has gone down

And so much more🖤

I have completed 75 Hard before, and I attempted it again around this time last year and failed around day 11. I was discouraged and basically just gave up but managed to keep my weight steady for a while. With grief this year I completely let it consume me and I reverted back to my old coping mechanisms. So I created 75 Lifted to get myself back on track, but not completely destroy my body in the process.

I still feel fantastic and eager to continue with the challenge. Now, will there be difficult days? Of course. But that’s how life goes and we have to learn how to keep pushing through. If anyone wants to join feel free to go to my original post and check out the details! I’ll be posting some progress pics once this horrific sunburn goes away lmao.

🖤🏋️‍♀️🖤

One amazing NSV of starting 75 Lifted is my resting heart rate going back down👏

My resting heart rate started to increase due to gaining weight and not getting any physical activity into my routine. But now that I’m more active, drinking my water, eating healthier, and getting more sleep, my heart is starting to recover🖤

Will I like to see the scale go down eventually? Of course! But these nonscale victories mean so much more to me at the moment.

Day 11 of 75 Lifted 💚

Everyone talks about the weight loss, but not everyone talks about the other things that start changing first. In the last 11 days, I’ve only lost about a pound, but that’s not what I’m most excited about.

I’ve cleaned and organized my office, decluttered multiple closets, caught up on laundry and dishes, and started tackling all the little projects around the house that I’ve been putting off for months.

And here’s why that matters…

Your environment affects your mindset more than most people realize. When your home feels chaotic, cluttered, and overwhelming, it’s hard for your mind not to feel the same way. Studies have shown that clutter can increase stress, anxiety, and feelings of being overwhelmed.

For a long time, I was doing the bare minimum just to get through the day. If you’ve ever struggled with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, or just feeling stuck, you know exactly what I mean.

But over the last 11 days, I’ve realized that getting healthier isn’t just about workouts and nutrition. It’s also about creating an environment that supports the person you’re trying to become.

A cleaner space.
A calmer mind.
Better habits.
More energy.
More confidence.

The scale might not be moving as fast as I’d like yet, but my mindset is already changing, and that’s a win worth celebrating.

So here’s my question for you:

What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that would make your life feel lighter if you finally got it done?

Let me know below. 👇💚
