The perfect time to start doesn’t exist 🤫
On paper it’s easy to say “there’s no way I can stick to a perfect plan in this season” and 9 times out of 10, you are RIGHT.
But, let’s see what success CAN look like ⬇️

-86% accuracy in tracking your meals each week. Did you know 3 meals only accounts for ~14% of your week? Bye bye excuses for date night, birthday parties, and catered lunches because they can have a very minimal impact on your progress.
- Swapping quick, convenient junk food for planned and convenient whole foods. I love a simple, thoughtless meal as much as you do, learn how these meals can still lead to progress 👏

- A 30 minute workout is only 2% of your day ⏱️ having a plan to be intentional with your 30 minutes is a game changer in keeping progress coming.
