The Doubledays play home games at Leo Pinckney Field at Falcon Park located at 130 N. Falcon Park was originally built in 1927, received a complete re-build in 1995 and converted to a synthetic turf multi-sport facility in 2019. Falcon Park seats 2,800 fans and can host baseball, softball, soccer and lacrosse games. In addition to the Auburn Doubledays summer baseball league, the facility is the h
ome of the Cayuga Community College Spartans and hosts various Auburn High School, other college and other high school games and tournaments. Doubledays Mascot: Abner, based on the legendary inventor of baseball and U.S. Army Civil War general, Abner Doubleday, who once resided in Auburn. The Doubledays team has a long history of summer baseball in Auburn, NY. Previous affiliations include the Houston Astros (1996–2000), the Toronto Blue Jays (2001–2010), and the Washington Nationals (from 2011-2020) in the former NY-Penn Minor League Baseball league. Auburn's history with the NY-Penn league dates back to the league's inception through its final year of existence which was 2020.
