The quickest way to get healthy?

Exercise snacks. If people get their heart rate up for 1-2 min, 3x a day, they have a 40% lower cancer related mortality, 40% lower all cause mortality, and a 50% cardiovascular related mortality. If you time these around meals, you can actually lose weight too.
Examples:
Air squats
Lunges
Squat jumps
Push ups
Cycling
Sprint
Burpees
Mountain climbers
Planks
Jumping jacks
