Today we honored the meaning behind “Murph” — named for Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to his brothers and his country during the War in Afghanistan.

A workout built to hurt. But today wasn’t about fitness. It was about remembrance. About suffering together in honor of those who fought the great fight and never made it home.
On this Memorial Day, we carried a fraction of the weight they carried every day. Grateful for the freedom bought by sacrifice, and proud to stand shoulder to shoulder through every rep.
