Dragon Gate Kung Fu Community We help students find their passion, martial voice, and path to their own success. Small class size and individual attention.

We teach an eclectic mix Chinese Martial arts, focused on pragmatic application and healthy practice. The Dragon Gate teaches a living art that both develops the student as an individual and grows with them as a practitioner. We use a SMART Goals focused methodology for our challenging curriculum, which offers black sash rankings in Three kungfu disciplines. Our teaching strategy helps the individ

ual student to become a critical thinker, able to apply their experience in our classes to any situation, makes sound decisions and find solutions to problems. Classes are conducted in a friendly atmosphere and all students are treated with dignity and respect. All students at Dragone Gate are considered family and cared for by all members. I talk to a lot of adults who want to move around and be active, but haven't found the right thing to keep them interested.

Trading in a traditional art is a great way to hit a lot of your goals. It doesn't have to be hyper dynamic.

I work out in the gym lifting heavy a few times a week . But I'll tell you,
Practicing my form is one of my favorite ways to get a workout in.

I'm entirely alone with the movement, focused on my breathing, my heart rate increases, my body heats up, I'm working my flexibility, maintaonong strength in my lower body. Increased mobility in my spine and shoulders.

The coordination, balance and proprioception gained from training traditional form it's very similar to classical dance, gymnastics.
