The old man got it done today 💜🩵💜
After a long layoff and a couple races he got it done.
We brought him back not thinking to run him but to sell him and he proved us wrong. He wanted to train, he was screaming and nickering at Jesse wanting to go out and play so we decided to put him in training to see how he does and he loved it. So now EVERY morning he waits for Jesse, screams and knickers until Jesse gets on him. This horse has the biggest personality and heart a of any other horse I’ve ever had and clearly loves to win. He loves his job and knows it well.  Thanks to all Who Is, or has been in his life, he appreciates you 💋🏇🏼

💙🏇🏻💙What a Great week for “The Velasquez Barn” at Emerald Downs. We had our first winner last Friday with “Battleof Trafalgar” who came into the race as a slight underdog. He pulled off the upset under a superb ride by Leslie Mawing. He looked amazing in the Paddock shining like a copper penny. Jesse did an excellent job of training him, and having him ready for his race. Congratulations to his owner Bern Kent on his first ever win at Emerald!💙🏇🏻💙
