Frequently Asked Questions
- Is there a contract required for a membership? We request a 30 day notice of termination of your membership in writing.
- Can I put my membership on hold if I travel or go home for a break as a student? There is a $10 charge per month.
- Is the rate I sign up for the amount I will get charged monthly? The rate you sign up for is what you will
get charged for on a monthly basis.
- When will I be billed? You will be billed once immediately which prepays your first month of your membership. The next draft will be taken one month later.
- Is there a way I can try the classes before I join? We do offer 7 DAY FREE TRIAL!
- Can I just buy a pack of classes? We offer 10 classes class pack that expire one year from purchase.
- WE OFFER A STUDENT DISCOUNT AND FOR MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS (Police, fire, paramedics)
- Can I travel between studios with my membership? Unfortunately, no. Each studio is individually owned so there is no passport membership. If you are planning on going to another studio, we suggest you call ahead and tell them you are an F45 member at another studio. Most, if not all, F45 Studios will give you a discounted drop-in rate.
- Will you offer family discounts on memberships? We will offer family discounts on regular priced memberships.
- Can I modify the workout if it is a difficult movement I have trouble performing? Absolutely! We will have qualified trainers in each class and their main job is to make sure you get the most out of your workout in a safe and efficient manner and offer modifications when needed. Egos are checked at the door! Your only competition is yourself.
- What are the workouts like? F45 Training workouts are high energy, utilizing a high intensity interval style of training that utilizes a broad catalog of exercises. Our weekly workouts are 45 minutes long and Saturday workouts are 60 minutes long. Mon, Wed, Fri focuses on cardio/ core/ strength and Tues, Thurs, and Sundays are strength focused. Saturday workouts are a mix of our most favorite of both! We do NOT use treadmills. We utilize Concept 2 rowers, spin bikes, dumbbells, sleds, pull up bars, battle ropes, barbells, jump rope, balance balls, agility ladders, bands, body weight exercises, and plyo boxes just to name a few! There are over 4,000 exercises in our catalog and you will NEVER repeat the same workout twice!
- Is there music? We have F45 fm which is DJ mixed daily to compliment the workout for that day. And our coaches do not use microphones so you are going to be able to focus on the heart pumping music and your exercise.

- How do I book classes? You will download the F45 Training app or Mindbody available on IOS and Android to see available classes and to book/cancel the class you want.
