Body Dysmorphia. After losing 90lbs, sometimes I still feel like that 300lb girl I once was.

During this camping trip, it got to me. Body dysmorphia. I put on that same swimsuit and felt just like I did last year despite all the hard work I have been putting in. 40lbs down, a s**t ton more muscle, a better mindset.

It hasn’t gotten easier, but I know one day it will be! Taking the photos/videos has helped me tremendously. Being able to compare back to the girl I once was to the woman I am now becoming into this healthier lifestyle is why I feel like one day I will have won my battle with body dysmorphia.

Losing weight does not turn you into this all of a sudden happy person that you thought it was going to make you. You have to work on your mindset in the process of losing weight. Having a new lifestyle is not just about food, and your weight. Who are you underneath everything?

Things that I have been working on to help my mindset throughout my weight loss to overcome body dysmorphia little by little! (We all know, making small changes at a time will result to bigger outcomes)

7 grab and go grocery shopping ideas for my busy babes! This Costco Haul is loaded with refrigerated protein goods! I have meal ideas for you with the protein featured on each slide! Save for your next grocery haul for some healthy macro friendly goods!

I hope this helps you stay to your weight loss goals as it has helped me stick to my plan with a busy life!

1️⃣ smoked mozarella with artichokes & garlic chicken sausage
calories: 160 protein: 16g carbs: 2g fat: 9g serving size: 1 link (85g)
🍴 meal idea 🍴 pair this with grilled veggies & a dipping sauce

2️⃣ carmelized onion & aged white cheddar charbroiled chicken burgers
calories: 170 protein: 19g carbs: 3g fat: 9g serving size: 1 burger (112g)
🍴 meal idea 🍴 Make a burger, add your favorite veggies, light sauce & a side salad.

3️⃣ gyro slices
