We do have saunas, steam rooms and showers. FLHC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Finger Lakes has recently updated the entire gym with LED lights and has also added new equipment and a newly remodeled squat room that is located off of the heavy lifting room. We offer a wide variety of cardio and weight lifting equipment including free weights. You'll also find that the gym has other types of equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells and TRX to keep your workouts anything but 'routine' and provide new ways to challenge your muscles. FLHC also has a brand new tire flip machine, that is located in the ab room! The fitness center has a 55' heated pool that is kept at a warm 88 degrees! The pool is supplied with water weights, kick boards and water aerobics noodles. Both men and women's locker rooms include a sauna, a steam room, showers, television and lockers both for day use and long term rental.

Attention Members

Due to circumstance outside of our control, The gym will be closing tonight at 10pm. This includes all members. The gym will be open this weekend during staffed hours only as the door to gym is malfunctioning and not letting members in when locked. We have called our system help line and will update you as we get more information. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have this corrected as quickly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Sunday–Friday deep cleaning position.

Duties include:
• Locker room cleaning
• Wiping down all equipment
• Mopping floors
• Taking out trash
• Cleaning mirrors and maintaining cleanliness throughout the gym

It’s that wonderful time of year again where we here at Flex City like to give back. This year we will be raffling a 65” Vizio TV. All the proceeds will be donated to the SPCA to help with adoption costs and providing a better life for the animals. Tickets will be 1 ticket for $2 or 3 tickets for $5. Feel free to stop down and enter yourself into the raffle. Raffle will go until December 20th.
