At AHT, we don’t just tell people what to do…

We do it too. 😤

Before asking our athletes to take on the AHT Games, our coaches stepped onto the floor and tested every station themselves. Not because we had to… but because we believe leaders should lead from the front.

If we program it, coach it, or challenge our members to do it, you can bet we’ve done it too. 💪🏼

Today’s mock AHT Games pushed us, humbled us, made us laugh, and reminded us exactly why this event is so special.

A huge congratulations to AHT Coach on an incredible performance this weekend at her USAPL Powerlifting Meet in Albany! 🏆💪🏼

Not only did Maddy take home **1st Place in her weight class**, but she also set a new Squat PR of **303 lbs**! 🔥🏋🏼‍♀️

What makes this achievement even more impressive is the work that happened long before meet day. Over the past several months, Maddy stayed committed to her , successfully losing 5 pounds of body weight while maintaining (and in some cases improving) her strength from her previous meet. 🤯

This is a perfect example of what happens when discipline, consistency, coaching and hard work come together. 🤝

The platform only shows a few seconds of the lift. What it doesn’t show are the early mornings, the training sessions, the meals, the sacrifices, the many obstacles and the commitment it takes to get there.

We are incredibly proud of you, Coach Maddy. Thank you for leading by example and showing our community what dedication looks like. ❤️🖤

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🚨

Not competing in the AHT Games? You can still be part of the action.

On Saturday, June 27th, our athletes will take on the 2026 AHT Games: Relentless Edition, and we need an incredible team of volunteers to help make the day a success.

Whether you’re an AHT member, friend, family member, or someone who simply loves being around positive, motivated people—we’d love to have you on our team.

💪🏼 Cheer athletes on
🙆🏼‍♀️ Help at event stations
🏅 Hand out medals
📋 Assist with check-in & scoring
🔥 Be part of the energy behind the scenes

PLUS, every volunteer will receive:
👕 A FREE official AHT Games volunteer t-shirt
🌯 A food voucher as our thank-you for helping out

Last year’s volunteers had just as much fun as the competitors, and many said it was one of their favorite days of the year.
