The RGC will be holding online raffles to give you the chance to win products, services, and/or merchandise, while also supporting our fundraising efforts! All proceeds benefit the RGC, it's organizational structure, and/or service organizations through monetary donations. Listed b
elow you will find the RGC RULES and REGULATIONS regulated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Small Game of Chance License, Permit # 8802. Terms and conditions, last updated as of 08/11/2021
• By purchasing a chance to any of our Online Raffles you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are non-revocable by you and are intended to comply with the Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance provisions and all other applicable governing laws and regulations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• All winners will be contacted via the purchaser's designated email preference. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE A VALID EMAIL WITH OUR PURCHASING / PAYMENT SITE! The RGC will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner within 24 hours of prize drawing. Additionally, the RGC will post each winner via our preferred social media platform.
• Replays of any Live Drawings may be available on the Rainbow Gun Club [of Schuylkill Haven's] page.
• As of this date, the RGC utilizes BetterWorld Fundraising and Stripe payment service to allow the purchasing of chances for our online raffles. BetterWorld/Stripe is the repository for your purchase and accepts several forms of payment and cash from your purchase is turned over to us, Rainbow Gun Club, prior to any raffle taking place, therefore meeting all the terms and requirements laid out in 61 PA Code Chapter 901 Local Option Small Games of Chance. The Rainbow Gun Club does not and cannot directly accept Debit or Credit Cards for small games of chance.
• Participants in any of our raffles must be at least 18 years old. If the raffle contains gift cards for State Stores, Distributors, or "Baskets of Cheer" participants must be at least 21 years old. Additionally, if the raffle contains merchandise such as fi****ms, antique arms replicas, or any additional items requiring an age requirement, i.e. 21 years old, the RGC will abide by state and federal requirements and participants will be subjected to applicable background investigation and registration, at their cost. ** Participants are responsible for all purchases and prizes will be forfeited if the above listed age requirements are not met.
• Raffle numbers are assigned by order of tickets purchased, as shown by the BetterWorld/Stripe spreadsheet. ALL numbers are released prior to the raffle drawing taking place on the RGC facebook site and can be made available, via email to the participants in each raffle. As per guidance from the Schuylkill County Treasurers' Office, a copy of the actual raffle ticket may also be emailed to the participants prior to the raffle taking place.
• Participants MUST live within the defined boundaries of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania when purchasing a ticket for any of our raffles. Out of State purchases are not allowed by statute and out of State purchases will be refunded at our earliest convenience.
• All prizes, unless otherwise noted in the posting for the raffle, are local pick up in the Schuylkill County area ONLY, at dates and times chosen by the RGC. Shipping can always be paid by the winner if they so choose.
• Raffles may be held LIVE, online, and/or through an electronic service / random number selection through BetterWorld/Stripe services. All raffle details such as location, date, time, entry deadline, SGOC license no., will be posted on each individualized raffle announcement.
• In person attendance to the drawing will be permitted as per statute, but due to the ongoing pandemic, if you choose to attend the drawing in person, instead of viewing the LIVE, online drawing, please be advised that RGC will be observing ALL mandated public health precautions, including masking and social distancing. Due to gathering limits, we will also be asking that if you do plan to attend in person, that you contact us via facebook messenger so we can stay within those mandated limits.
• You agree to receive emails regarding new raffles, raffle ticket numbers, drawings, and other emails from the RGC through our preferred social media platform and directly through BetterWorld Fundraising and/or Stripe payment services.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime and revised terms will be posted.
• It should be noted, raffle participants may include RGC members, their families, friends, and/or associates. ALL RAFFLE WINNERS ARE DRAWN AT RANDOM AND NOT PRE-DETERMINED OR KNOWN. In consideration of this fact, all parties understand that ALL PARTICIPANTS HAVE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT WINNING.
