A message from Katy....

MOMS (new moms, old moms, moms of babies, moms of toddlers, second time moms, first time moms, all MOMS)...you are NOT alone. Being a mom is HARD. You are ALWAYS welcome to come utilize the gym space at the Wellness Center when it's available. Get a group of you together, come hang out in the gym, walk laps and talk while your kiddos use the play room and gym space to roam! I think the best medicine is sharing your struggles with others, tossing ideas around, simply taking a few moments to understand and know that nobody is perfect and life with kids is darn hard.
