• Room #105 Enter through the right-side door → First room on the left.
• Enter through the front entrance → Last room on the right.

Join Heide VanderVelde or Donna Kell every Monday at 12:00 PM for an hour of slowing down, deep stretching, and restoring your body and mind.

I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be teaching Yoga at Lake Wilmore in partnership with Auburn Parks & Recreation! 🩷🧘‍♀️

Join me for a peaceful morning of movement, breath, and connection.

🌸 Starts: Wednesday, July 1
🕘 Time: Every Wednesday at 9:00 AM
📍 Location: Lake Wilmore
2000 Grove Hill Road, Suite 200
(Up the street from Ogletree Elementary School)

💲 Cost: $10 per class
💻 Registration is required online. You do not have to be an Auburn Parks & Recreation member to participate—everyone is welcome!
