New additions! A big part of the card world is graded cards. The card on the left is a “POP 1” (population of 1) which means this is the highest graded version of this particular card. There were only 35 of these cards printed so it’s a nice long term hold that could really increase in value if Kyler continues to do well 📈

PSA is great as you can scan the barcodes on the case and it will tell you all different stats about where your card ranks among others.

Back story on the card in my header photo:

Bought as part of a lot (10 cards) for $600 back in August which was by far the most I had spent on cards.. That one in particular made up about half of the value of the lot.

About 2 months later that same card was selling for ~$2,000!

Couldn't resist flipping it even though I am a huge Tatis fan. Was lucky enough to sell it to former MLB pitcher for the Yankees; Phil Hughes, and I have been even more hooked since!
