Unable to get to the gym today? Try this tabata style body weight workout that’s sure to get you sweating.

You will do 20 seconds of work of exercise “a” and then rest for 10 seconds before doing exercise “b” for 20 seconds. Repeat, alternating between each exercise 3 times before moving on to the next station. Complete each round 1-3x
