The calm after the chaos. That’s a wrap for the 2026 CrossFit Open. Sabre and I would like to say how proud we are of each and every one of you. Watching you guys leave it all on the floor this year was so special. I know we are all working through challenges in our personal lives. Fear, anxiety, relationships, stress, finances, work, and so many other storms that life can bring. But we show up and lift these weights and the weights lift us. This is more than a gym. We don’t just build physical strength here. Voluntarily doing hard things literally changes you as a person. And observing that change over and over again is the most rewarding part of gym ownership by far. Thank you all for trusting us. Keep fighting to be better than yesterday.

Due to frozen roadways and out of an abundance of caution, all morning classes are canceled tomorrow (1/28).
If you can safely make it in, open gym will be available all morning. We’re also adding a coach-led noon class, and afternoon & evening classes will run as normal.

Please travel safely and use your best judgment. ❤️

🎅 Dec. 25 — CLOSED
💪 Dec. 26 & 27 — 9:00am Only
✨ Dec. 31 — AM Classes Only
🥂 Jan. 1 — CLOSED

✅ Open Gym is available to members every day (even on holidays), so you can still get a lift in!

💪 Thanksgiving Week Schedule at Aubrey CrossFit 💪
We’re keeping you moving for Thanksgiving week! Check out our adjusted schedule:

* November 24th - 25th: Normal schedule - all classes available.
* November 26th: AM classes only - get your workout in before the festivities begin!
* November 27th: CLOSED for Thanksgiving - enjoy the day with loved ones!
* November 28th & 29th: ONE CLASS AT 9AM - a chance to work off that pumpkin pie. 😉

Important Notes:
* Open Gym ALL WEEK: Members have access to open gym all week long, so you can still get your fitness fix even with the modified class schedule. 🏋️‍♀️

* Back to Normal: Regularly scheduled classes resume on December 1st.
