Brittany Lowe is the head trainer, rider and owner of Reverie Equestrian with 20 years of extensive training in hunters, jumpers and equitation. She attended The Andrews School for Girls for high school in Willoughby, Ohio, which had a worldly renowned equestrian program, from 2003-2009. She has worked for many barns and private owners as a horse show groom and rider. Brittany has also worked as a
stable hand, caring for horses, doing turnout and other barn chores. She has 15 years of A and AA rated show experience and 6 years of IEA show experience. After Andrews, Brittany attended Kent State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture. During her time at Kent State she showed in IHSA as an Open rider for 3 years in Hunt Seat and 1 year as an Advanced Intermediate Rider in Western. After practicing architecture for a few years, Brittany decided to pursue her dream as a professional rider and moved to Denton, TX and took a job as an assistant trainer and rider at an A show barn. Some of her major equestrian achievements are IEA National Champion in 2004 and placed at IEA Nationals in 2004 and 2005, 2015 USEF Horse of the Year for Zone 5 in Adult Amateur Hunters 18-35, 2015 OPHA Champion for Adult Amateur Hunters, 7th place at the 2015 WIHS Adult Hunter Finals and was a 2015 NAL Adult Hunter Finalist. Brittany is looking forward to passing on her knowledge of the equestrian sport to her students while continuing her patient training of all kinds of horses, young or old, thoroughbred or warmblood; she believes that no student or horse learn the same way.
