All cleaned up and nowhere to go.

We’ve been pretty quiet lately, but honestly there just hasn’t been much to update. Between rainouts and the devastating tornado that damaged our home track, Coles County Speedway, we’ve simply had nowhere to race.

We kicked around the idea of making the trip to Southern Illinois Raceway, but after a trailer hub decided to explode a few weeks ago, we’ve got some maintenance to take care of before we’re comfortable making that haul. The remaining hubs are getting replaced before we hit the road again.

For now, the car is cleaned up, serviced, and ready to go whenever racing resumes. We’re continuing to keep everyone at Coles County Speedway and throughout the community in our thoughts and prayers as recovery efforts continue following the tornado.

On a positive note, we recently installed a new dash display from Odum Specialties, and this thing is awesome. The display is clean, easy to read, and packed with information. If you’re looking to upgrade your car, definitely check them out.

Hopefully we’ll be back on track soon. Until then, we’ll keep turning wrenches and waiting for the next green flag.
