We haven’t posted in a while, so thought we’d share these two doing some things they’ve never before been able to do.
Cindy, now able to perform real pushups from the floor, and David trying out handstand pushups! It’s things like this that make training fun—-realizing you’re capable of more than you thought, and that the work you’re putting in is creating a positive change.
Our philosophy has always been about placing value in what you gain from fitness, rather than how much (weight) you lose which tends to be an underlying goal for most.
Think about the next year, or farther for that matter…what physical capability would you like to gain?
