I do! 🙋🏽‍♀️ My ultimate goal in life, my truest passion, my mountain moving aspiration; is helping others grow. Whether that’s educationally, physically, or mentally. I want to be your coach through any and all things.

Backstory: I have only been a personal trainer for 1 year.. but I have changed a dozen lives. I wasn’t always sure I wanted to be a coach in the fitness world though.. I graduated with high honors from JWU for a degree in criminal Justice.. I probably studied more psychology than law though & that’s where my interest in the mind really kicked off. I want to know, sincerely; what is holding you back from changing your life?

🍑 RDLs
🍑 Cable pull throughs(increase weight each set)
🍑 Balance squats (be sure you don’t Buttwink😉)
🍑 Cable squat walkouts (pulse for 10)
🍑 Cable pistol squats (don’t let your knee buckle in)
🍑 Full body medicine ball slams

✨Superset 10-15 reps of each exercise, for 3 rounds. Promise you won’t die, just be a little sweaty 🍑

Rules of engagement:
1. Patience is a virtue (nothing happens overnight, not even in months. Real progress takes YEARS)
2. The scale is nothing more than a number. It weighs your total body weight. This includes your water, fat, muscle, bones, FOOD.. it varies on time of day, time of month & wether or not you ate yet. But most importantly;
3. HOW DO YOU FEEL? From the inside out.. do you feel stronger? Do you feel healthier? Are you more energetic? Are you a happier more positive person? Feeling more confident? 👏🏽👏🏽 thats PROGRESS!

Working out with a support system has got to be my biggest driving point. I know motivation is a weakness for many, incl. myself.. but when I have somebody to push me, cheer for me, and be proud of me-beside me.. there’s nothing I can’t do!
