A New Chapter — and a Full-Circle Moment ✨

I’m proud to share that my coaching work is officially transitioning under a new banner: Bethesda Leadership Group. And there’s no better way to mark this next chapter than by partnering on an event that means so much to me personally.

Bethesda Leadership Group will serve as the presenting partner of the Firecracker 150, part of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Seekonk Speedway.

For me, this isn’t just a sponsorship — it’s a powerful milestone.
I grew up in the Seekonk grandstands, “promoting races” with Matchbox cars and imagining what might one day be possible. I began my motorsports career right on that iconic flagstand.

To now stand here, launching BLG and partnering with an event at the very track where it all started, is a reminder of what can happen when you stay bold, stay intentional, and stay committed to growth.

At BLG, our mission is to walk alongside leaders as they pursue clarity, freedom, and purpose. This partnership reflects that spirit perfectly — bringing people together in a place that shaped my passion and path.

I’m excited for this new chapter, grateful for the opportunity, and looking forward to celebrating with clients, colleagues, family, and fans on July 1.

One of the greatest joys of my coaching practice is to celebrate my client’s success with them! Last weekend, USNE Power invited me to join them as they sponsored Joe Gibbs Racing’s NASCAR Xfinity Series car at Iowa Speedway . USNE recently opened their second location in West Des Moines, Iowa where they help to relieve their customer’s stress caused by the most complex electrical issues.

What made this extra fun is that 4-time NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Champion, Justin Bonsignore, who I have known for nearly 15 years, was driving the car, and his car owner, Ken Massa, was also an integral part of the effort. And, despite all of my time spent in racing, it was the first time I got a seat on top of the pit box.

Congratulations, USNE, and honored to be with you on this extraordinary journey!

Year 4 of teaching at the Northeast site for the Institute for Organization Management complete!

I taught six classes over the course over the last four days, networked with some of the brightest, humblest, and hungriest non-profit Chamber and Association leaders, and had a great time. To boot, the campus of Villanova University is stunning, as you can see in the photos below. This is one of my favorite weeks of the year, and it gets better each time I do it. Grateful for the opportunity to come alongside growth-minded leaders who are the backbone of our local economies and industries.

Thanks to IOM for the invitation and support, the extraordinary attendees for bringing the best out of me as a teacher, and the Board of Regents and all of the Class Advisors for making the week run so well.
