Hi Bliss Family 🤍

As many of our classes continue to fill, I’d like to kindly remind everyone of our cancellation policy. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible—ideally at least 8 hours before class.

When cancellations happen more than 8 hours before class, your credit will be returned to your account. Cancellations made within 8 hours of class and no-shows are not eligible for a credit refund. Most importantly, early cancellations give waitlisted students the opportunity to join class.

Thank you for helping us create a positive experience for everyone in our Bliss community. We truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing you in class!

This morning, as I looked around the room, I felt so grateful for what has grown here. Not just the classes, but the community. The conversations before and after class, the shared laughs, the synchronized breaths, the encouragement, the friendships, the occasional homemade treats someone brings in, and the way people genuinely show up for one another.

There is so much more than movement happening inside these four walls.

What started as teaching yoga has become a little family, and that is something I never take for granted.

To every person who has walked through our doors, trusted me with part of their day, and helped create the feeling that makes Bliss what it is thank you. ❤️

My heart is full.

Meet Nancy & Our New Thursday Bliss Gentle Class ✨

We’re excited to welcome Nancy as the instructor for our new 60-minute Bliss Gentle class, beginning July 16 at 10 AM.

Nancy recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where students can move with confidence and ease.

Wondering if Bliss Gentle is right for you?

💙 Looking for a slower-paced class
💙 Want to improve mobility, flexibility, and balance
💙 Prefer modifications and plenty of support

✨ Bliss Gentle is Expanding! ✨

We’re excited to announce a new Bliss Gentle class beginning Thursday, July 16 at 10:00 AM.

This new offering will be a full 60-minute practice, giving you even more time to move, stretch, improve balance and mobility, breathe deeply, and relax.

Gentle Bliss is perfect for:
✔ Beginners
✔ Active older adults
✔ Anyone seeking a slower-paced practice
✔ Those looking to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being

We make time for work, appointments and everyone who depends on us. But what about making time for ourselves?

The truth is, your health isn’t something to fit in when everything else is done. It’s the foundation that helps you show up for all the things that matter most.

One hour spent moving your body, building strength, and caring for yourself isn’t time taken away from your life but an investment.

We often think exercise should leave us feeling exhausted.

But one of the most surprising things about strength training is that it often does the opposite.

When you challenge your muscles, your body responds by increasing blood flow, releasing endorphins, and boosting feel-good chemicals that support energy, focus, and mood. Strength training can also improve insulin sensitivity and help your body use energy more efficiently throughout the day.

So while it may look like you’re spending energy in the moment, you’re actually investing in more energy later.

If you’ve been feeling sluggish, stressed, or stuck in a rut, don’t wait until you “have more energy” to move. Sometimes movement is exactly what creates it.
