The kids did a great job today at the cheer clinic!
And a shout out to the varsity cheerleaders for spending their morning teaching the little girls, cheering on the varsity girls' team in the afternoon, then spending the rest of the night cheering on the boys!

The cheerleaders are ready and the shirts are in! Over 40 kids will be attending the cheer clinic tomorrow morning!

The varsity cheerleaders were complimented by a past administrator from Turkey Run tonight. He said he's been to a lot of games, and our cheerleaders did a great job cheering throughout the whole game, and they kept a positive attitude regardless of what the temperature was, or what the scoreboard said.

Tryouts for the 2021-2022 school year will be held on June 3rd!

Any girl in grades 6-11 interested in trying out for JH or high school cheer for next year can pick up a tryout packet in the office.
Practices:
June 1~ 6:30-7:30
June 2nd ~ 5:30-6:30
June 3rd ~ check in/practice 5:00
Tryouts will begin at 5:30

*Anyone interested in being a spirit lifter for next year, please contact Missy Van De Water!

Mr. Jensen wrote, “Kadence has been collaborating with other NHS members to stay after school and help students who are staying for study tables. It has been great to see her interacting and helping younger students as they work to improve their grades.”
