The golf team won the Section Five Class B Championship at Wayne Hills Country Club today. The Squad beat the number one seed Waterloo in the finals with a 336-353 score. Luke Behrend shot a clutch 78 saving his best golf of the year for the most important event of the season. Brody Clark also broke the 80 barrier with a 79. Wyatt Brauen shot 85, Grant Nixon, and Dean Wescott shot 94 and Ryan Baker shot 95. Congratulations on a fantastic season and we look forward to next year!

The golf team defeated Mynderse 176-191 in today’s semifinal match at Attica’s 10th Hole Golf Course. Luke Behrend, Wyatt Brauen, and Brody Clark were tri medalists with a score of 43. Dean Wescott had a 47, Ryan Baker 48 and Mason Pappalardo 49. The team leaves Tuesday morning for a matchup and a sectional block against #1 seed Waterloo at Wayne Hills Golf Course.

ATTICA — The No. 3 seeded Attica golf team was the host for No. 6 Wellsville on Wednesday for the Section V Class B team quarterfinals, taking a 168-225 victory

Attica’s golf team defeated Alexander 167-222 tonight at Attica’s 10th Hole Golf Course. Wyatt Brauen was medalist with a 39. Brody Clark shot 41, Luke Behrend 43, Ryan Baker 44, Dean Wescott 45, and Grant Nixon 49. Attica is now (10-0). Brauen, Clark and Behrend all go to Livingston County Country Club tomorrow for individual sectional qualifiers. If they place top 12 they go to Mill Creek on Saturday for the Class B Individual Sectional Championships.

The Attica Golf Team had another big day today where the 26 best golfers out of 90 Genesee Region players had a showdown at Stafford Country Club. The top ten players in this event become GR League All-Stars. Attica’s Brody Clark, Wyatt Brauen, Luke Behrend, and Dean Wescott finished 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 7th respectively. That means Attica has 4 of the top 7 golfers in the GR League and they are 2 freshmen and 2 sophomores! Congratulations on a fantastic day of accomplishment to these young athletes.

Attica Golf improved to (7-0) defeating Wheatland Chili 187-224 at Attica’s 10th Hole Golf Course. Ryan Baker was medalist shooting 41 and Wyatt Brauen shot 44. Dean Wescott 50 and Grant Nixon 52 rounded out the scoring.
