🏆 Seneca East Wrestling Club Open Mats Begin June 14! 🏆

Open mats start Sunday, June 14th at the complex! Open to any area wrestlers looking for mat time.

For our returning wrestlers, this is a chance to stay sharp and continue developing your skills during the offseason. Think of it like throwing a football in the backyard, taking batting practice, or passing the volleyball around. The more time you spend working on your craft, the better you'll be when the season arrives.

Never wrestled before? We'd love to have you join us! Open mats are a relaxed, welcoming environment where athletes can learn the basics, ask questions, and see what wrestling is all about. No experience is necessary.

Wrestling builds strength, conditioning, toughness, balance, and overall athleticism. Whether you play football, volleyball, run cross country, or compete in another sport, wrestling can help make you a better athlete. Coach Alexander's football background also allows him to connect wrestling skills directly to tackling, leverage, and hand fighting on the field.

We’re fired up to bring in former Ohio State standout Kaleb Romero for a 2-day camp at Seneca East! 💪🔥

This is an incredible opportunity for our wrestlers to learn from one of the best in Ohio:
🏆 4x OHSAA State Champion
🏆 3x NCAA All-American
🏆 3x NWCA Scholar All-American

📅 July 20 (7th–12th grade)
📅 July 21 (K–6th grade)
