Softball Allstar Schedule for this weekend.

Over the years we have had girls play softball through other leagues and only play home games at the Attalla fields (years ago).
When Scottie took the Parks and Rec Director, one of the 1st request was for us to have a girls softball league. He implemented that program this year and we had 97 kids sign up. We joined USSSA and ended our 1st season with very few hiccups. We had a lot of girls that had never played in the younger ages but had a great experience with some very seasoned coaches/EHS Varsity Softball “retired”. players. We had Wee Ball and 6U that was a learning curve for these players and then 8U and 10U that had played in other leagues but were Attalla kids/students that got to come home and play together. We also had 2 teams that advanced to the area Allstars this weekend and will play in Southside June 11th-13th. We can’t wait to see where this program goes and see these girls step on the field at EHS in a few years. If you have any pictures of your team and would like for us to share them please send them to Charlie or through messenger on this page and we would love to share them. We are looking forward to the 2027 season!!
