Proud of everyone who made the committed club! Kimberly Henderson has been extremely consistent the past 3 months, motivating those around her and continually choosing to push past her comfort zone and challenge herself (like on that 20 min echo bike😅).

MURPH 2026 is in the books. We hate we didn’t get a group picture of our early 7:00 am wave! You’ll just have to come back next year.

Once again, we want to thank everyone for coming out and dedicating the first couple of hours of this special day to doing something hard and reflecting on those that sacrificed for our freedom. I hope that experience helps bring a renewed meaning to today’s holiday.

We want to thank atoka_police_department for providing such huge support and keeping our runners safe. We are extremely grateful.

We have 4 large Murph shirts remaining if anyone didn’t get a chance to get one.

Happy Memorial Day.

Memorial Day. Less than 1 week away. Come out and challenge yourself. Don't be afraid to feel uncomfortable. This workout isn't about your finish time or the difficulty you did, it is about those that sacrificed for our freedom.

As with every workout, we will have plenty of versions of the workout to choose from. Just come be a part of the community. Members reserve in the app, everyone else click the link below.

Heats are officially open for sign up! If you are a member, please reserve in the app. If you are not a member and wanting to join us for this special Memorial Day workout, use the link at the bottom of this post! It is Free!

Tuesday night, Train Foundry went before the Board of the Mayor and Alderman of Atoka to ask for any support or recommendations for our run along Atoka-McLaughlin and they were eager to help anyway they could and even gave permission for Atoka PD to temporarily close the road if necessary! So let’s invite everyone!

The point isn’t to complete the workout exactly as prescribed. It’s to come together as a community, take on something difficult, and when discomfort starts to set in, reflect on the men and women who endured far greater hardship and continued forward in service to others. For those that are injured or would rather support, please come cheer on those doing the workout!

Strong women build strong families.

This Sunday’s women’s bootcamp was a reminder that fitness is more than workouts and sweat. For many of the moms in our community, it’s about setting an example, creating time for themselves, and showing their kids what strength, discipline, and consistency look like.

And for those who aren’t mothers themselves, many are still carrying forward the lessons, standards, and work ethic that were instilled in them by the women who raised them. The standard you live by today often started with someone who taught you to expect more from yourself.

To all the mothers in our community — and the women who helped shape it — thank you. Happy Mother’s Day from Train Foundry!
