Not the best pic but I thought I'd share one of our favorite recipes with ground deer meat!

-1lb ground venison
-2 or 3 potatoes diced
-half a yellow onion diced
-3 bell peppers sliced or diced
-at least half a cup of butter

Seasonings:: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. (If you don't have Cajun season, it tastes just as good without it.)

Directions:
Brown & season the meat. Add the potatoes, butter and cover with lid while cutting the onion and peppers. Add the seasonings again to the half cooked potatoes. Add the onion and peppers. Let all that cook/sauté and serve!

It's one of our favorite flavorful meals! Hope you enjoy.

It's a little luck and a lot of talent. This momma wants a full freezer! This is my first successful 40yd shot, too. I believe the new bow helped, it's much quicker!
