Only you truly know what’s best for your life. Not everyone will understand your choices — and that’s okay. Not every decision will make sense to everyone, but that doesn’t make it the wrong one.

Thank you to those who have been understanding and supportive of my decision to close so I can be closer to my family. It wasn’t an easy decision to make.

For the remainder of my time open, my goal is to keep the environment positive and light, with like-minded people who are open to coaching and committed to keeping the space safe and supportive for everyone involved.

I understand that some may choose not to finish their remaining classes and instead begin their next journey now — and to those individuals, I truly wish you well and hope you continue making the right choices toward your fitness goals.

Facility update:

Open gym will be closed Monday due to a schedule adjustment during the wind-down period. Normal class schedule resumes Tuesday at 5 AM and 6:30 PM.

After a great deal of reflection, I’ve made the decision to close Front Line Fitness at the end of this month. Our final day of operation will be February 28, 2026.

This was not an easy decision, but it is the right one for my family and my current priorities. I’m taking time to reduce my workload and be more present with my family, and to reevaluate my future goals and plans.

As a newer coach and first-time business owner, this journey has been an incredible learning experience. Life is about learning and growth, and I’m proud of what we’ve built and accomplished together in this space.

Thank you to every member who showed up, put in the work, gave feedback, and trusted me along the way. Your effort and support meant more than you know.

Classes and 24/7 access will remain available through the closing date. The event previously scheduled for February 28th has been canceled as we begin the process of moving.

We will be doing hero workout

CHAD 1000X

1000 box step ups for time
20” box

If you’d like to bring a back pack or a ruck sack to add weight

RX Weight
Men - 45 lbs
Women - 35 lbs

The scaled version we will be running will be

As many reps as possible in 30 minutes
20 “ box or pick your own height
Weight or no weight

Join us tomorrow at 5 am or 6:30 PM for a tabata workout! 20 seconds of work - 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds per exercise.

Tabata workouts are important because they offer an extremely efficient, 4-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) protocol that burns maximum calories and fat in minimal time, while significantly boosting both aerobic and anaerobic cardiovascular fitness. By alternating 20 seconds of maximum effort with 10 seconds of rest, they enhance metabolic rate and endurance.

We will be doing Squats with dynamic stretching incorporated into the workout.
**low intensity, more strength based with a sprinkle of stretching and core work.

Tomorrow 6:30 PM class -

Active recovery stretching class only.

***If neither of these options are what you’re in the mood for, you now have the option to come in outside of scheduled classes when you sign up and are approved for 24/7 access.
