PRESEASON STARTS SOON 🤼

There’s no secret to getting better at wrestling. More mat time. More reps. More work.

That’s what preseason is for.

If your kid wants to build confidence, improve conditioning, sharpen technique, and be ready when the season starts, now’s the time to get in the room.

Club wrestling isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about showing up when nobody has to. The kids making big jumps during the season are usually the ones putting in work before the season ever starts.

Whether your wrestler is brand new or experienced, preseason is a chance to learn, compete, and get tougher alongside teammates who want the same thing.

Our preseason session runs July through October, and registration officially opens June 1st!

The work you put in BEFORE the season is what sets athletes apart once competition begins. Preseason training helps wrestlers:
✔️ Build conditioning and endurance
✔️ Get back into wrestling shape
✔️ Improve technique and mat awareness
✔️ Prevent injuries by preparing the body early
✔️ Build confidence before the first whistle

Don’t wait until the season starts to get back on the mat — start strong and stay ahead of the competition this year!

Congrats to this trio on qualifying, they have putting in tons of work every week and it paid off! They understand that there is no true off season if you wish to have success in this sport! Job well done!

Leiah Thomas - 2nd Girls Freestlye
Cade Stutzman - 3rd Boys Greco

We also had Wyatt Wiese take 5th in Greco and Owen Beaty take 6th place in Freestly. Their age group doesn’t go to Fargo but if they stay the course they will have no problem when their time comes!
