I’ll be the first to say that tonight went about as backwards as it could have.

Drew a 98, had work to do in the heat, and the driver blew it off the top when in a redraw spot.

2nd to 1st in the B to give us a chance, which left us starting 17th. Driver made bad decision after bad decision but somehow wound up finishing 6th.

Don’t get me wrong, a 17 to 6 run is damn good, but the mistakes made over and over throughout the night put us in a huge hole. I’m better than that, the car is better than that, and the support behind us deserves better than that.

It’ll be a long week, but I promise we will come back better, and I will do everything in my power to put better results on the board.

It’s Race Day!!!

Tonight we’ll be at ACS with the WoO Late Models and stock cars. I feel like a kid at Christmas getting to race the same track with some of the best to ever do it!

Feature — 10 to 4

Ended with a top 5 tonight, but not the way we wanted. Fast car, driver just hasn’t been up to par — slightly short week turn around to have the car ready to go again! We’ll be back with the WoO late models Friday to go again!

Decided to try something new yesterday and ventured over to Sports Park to race!

Heat — P7 ➡️ P3
Feature — P7 ➡️ P5

It was cowboy up, little bit of hoping and praying, and a hell of a lot of fun. Raced for 3rd most of the race, but ended up P5 at the line after a late race caution. After a couple weeks out of the car it was just what we needed — car was sporty and it was a good building block for us after a tough couple weeks!

Body specialist came out of retirement yesterday and worked his magic. Apparently he didn’t approve of our methods.

Worked great for the heat — started on the pole and finished first!

Unfortunately we made the wrong changes and fought the car in the feature and went from 3rd to 12th. One of those nights for us, but we’ll regroup!

Worked our way up after starting off slowly. Ended up running around 5th the second half of the race. Finally putting together some consistent finishes at ACS! We’ll see everyone again next weekend!
