Today is and we want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to our Golf Course Superintendent, Graham Kasprzyk, our Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Rob Weber, and their entire team (and Chico and Daisy 🐶🐶) for all of their hard work and dedication in making sure Beacon Hill looks A+ every single day!! They are the first ones here in the morning, and sometimes, the last to leave- all to ensure this is a course we can be proud of. Mother Nature did not make your lives easy this summer, nor did our tournament schedule, but the course is looking and playing mint, and that is all thanks to you! Thank you for all that you do!

Another Derby in the books! 10 horses started out the gate on hole 1, eliminations happening on each hole until we made it to our final stretch. Our last two horses standing were John Wood “Woody” vs. Charles Cerami “Astro.” It took 3 playoff holes for us to determine our winner. Congratulations to our 2026 Derby Champion- Astro! Congratulations to our 2026 Beacon Hill Cup finalists! Peggy Anderson & Cira Nickerson faced off against Carla Bernard & Jenn O’Brien. The match was contested on a perfect weather day and after 14 holes of competition, the team of Carla Bernard & Jenn O’Brien came out on top to lift the trophy! 🏆👏

Last month we held our annual Hat Group Pinkball and BreastIntentionsNJ Golf outing & luncheon.

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our members, their guests, the work of the Breast Intentions Committee and staff, Beacon Hill Country Club raised just over $98,000!

We want to thank all of our Major, Gold, Silver, and Hole sponsors; the local businesses and Members that donated to our Chance and Online auctions, the Breast Intentions Committee for their time and dedication, the Ladies Golf Association, the Beacon Hill Junior Golfers, the Men’s Hat Group, those from the Breast Intentions Organization that came out to support the cause, and the Beacon Hill Staff - all working together to achieve the most successful fundraiser in Club history!!!

Another amazing Skochil Member-Member in the books! 2026 will be hard to beat. Perfect weather, impeccable course conditions (thank you Graham and team!) and fun competitive camaraderie.

Congratulations to Robert DeSanctis and Mike Piperno for making it through a 12-team 3-hole elimination shootout that boasted a large and loud crowd of spectators to win it all! After five 9-hole matches over two days, 10 flight winners and two wildcards, these two performed well enough to come out on top.

Thank you to everyone who participated for making this another incredible event at Beacon Hil!!!

Congratulations to our (back to back) 2026 Junior Golf Champion, Oliver Pladek, who shot an impressive 149 over his two rounds! 🏆☝️ Congratulations also to Abby Chanod, our 18 Hole Girls Champion, and to all of our 9 Holer, 4 Holer and DCP champions and runners-up!! It was a long season full of rain delays and cancellations, hot days and pool barbecues. We appreciate the parents who dropped off, picked up and chaperoned each day who helped make this season possible!! Another Junior season in the books!
