FISHERMEN/FRIDAY'S FLUKE FISHING.
I was not happy when we got down the beach and had 56 degree water temps today!!

Fished the rocky bottom, caught a few fish but it was not good by any means. Lost way too much tackle for what we were catching.

Tried several area's finding mostly short fluke. The end of the day I found some 61 degree water and thought we would have a better bite but again it was mostly small fish. Phil P. took the pool with a 3 pound fluke.

Back at it in the AM once again.

7:30-2:30pm every day. Open Boat, No Reservations. Fare is $95, under 12 $50. Capt. Ron

FISHERMEN/Here's the deal for the 1000 time!
Here we go again for the 2026 Fluke season!

If you listen and do what we tell you , you will catch fish, if not you will loose rigs get pi**ed off and probably never fish with me again.

We will be fishing rocky, sticky bottom, it's the only place we find the bites. The day's of fishing the sand and catching are over. A medium action rod that can hold 6-10 ounces of weight is ideal. You can use the noodle rods if you like to jig but be pre-paired.

Nobody caught more fish than my dad fishing with a heavy weight strait down and a crank or two off the bottom. Fluke eyes are on the top of the head as they are looking up to attack preditors swimming above on the edges of the pieces we fish. If you are 50 yards away from the boat, you are doomed, bring plenty of rigs. If you listen, you will catch.

Joe ties rigs all winter, it's gotta be the rig and they work, get them early when you arrive. Your chances of catching will greatly improve. I'm begging you guys, listen & learn, I haven't done this my whole life for nothing!! Let's do this....

FISHERMEN/FLUKE FISHING WEDNESDAY
Switched over to Fluke today after the dismal spring Sea Bass fishing.

Headed out to the Ocean and rocky bottom. Slugged away all day with short action and a nice showing of keepers. Eric lead the way with four nice keepers, couple guys with 2 by days end.

Not easy fishing though as the rocky bottom eats a lot of rigs. The trick is to have a medium action rod with a heavy sinker, a couple cranks up off the bottom and let the bait do it's work.

We are not available tomorrow (Thursday). From Friday on we will be sailing every day fishing for Fluke.

7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations, Fare is $95 under 12 $50.

Thanks for checking in,
Capt. Ron

FISHERMEN/TUESDAY'S UPDATE
Another beautiful day out there but once again the Sea Bass didn't get the memo!!

Fished several area's from 48-105 ft. With only a couple handfuls of fish to show for the effort.

On that note, Tomorrow we will be bringing the Fluke bait, fishing the rocky bottom in the ocean. I'll still have clams for the guys who still want to fish for Sea Bass.

NOT AVAILABLE THURSDAY.

We will be Fluke fishing everyday from Friday on.

7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations. Fare is $95, under 12 $50. Fathers day we will be Fluke fishing.

Thanks for checking in,
Capt. Ron

FISHERMEN/SUNDAYS FISHING REPORT
Only a bit better today as we stayed with a dismal pick on some nice Sea Bass.

Still not good fishing by any means. The fish we did catch were gorged with tiny Sand eels. Once again, we see the bait and the fish, getting them to bite is another story.

No where near the life we should see at this time of year on the bottom we are fishing, even the pin Sea bass are non-excistent so far. Will keep searching everyday for the bite. Back at it in the AM.

7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No reservations. Fare is $95, under 12 $50.

WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE THIS COMING THURSDAY....

FISHERMEN/SATURDAY'S REPORT
Today's Charter had awesome weather, a perfect 10 day. The fishing was horrible!

Our first drop had action right away, I thought it was going to be the same senerio as yesterday but no such luck. Swung off the piece, made a little shift and still read them, they would not bite!

Ran offshore to deeper water only to find another no bite area. Came back inshore, read life, Nada. Starting to think the fish God's are messing with me!! Maybe tomorrow they will be hungry again, I never quit!

7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No reservations. Fare is $95, under 12 $50.

See you in the AM,
Capt. Ron

FISHERMEN/ BETTER ACTION TODAY. TUESDAY'S REPORT
Looked over two new drops this morning and only found a couple lost Sea Bass.

Several guys did well and all went home with dinner. Had a couple nice winter flounder in the mix as well. Back at it in the AM.

7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations. Fare is $95, under 12 $50.

WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FRIDAY & SATURDAY THIS WEEK.

FISHERMEN/Lots of miles today, not a good bite.
Started inshore this morning, made two quick drops with not much life.

Headed offshore, got set up and had a pick on some ling and a few Sea Bass, it was very short lived as the bite we had turned off. Looked over a couple more areas then headed back inshore.

Read very good life on two drops and still they would not bite!! Fish are there, hopefully tomorrow they get hungry again. Lou Lauria took the pool with a nice Sea Bass today. Back at it in the AM.

7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations. Fare is $95.

WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FRIDAY & SATURDAY THIS WEEK.
