True story: we got an email Monday. As a business owner you just want to fix the problem, and do your best customer service to win them back. After listening to her bash our students for 5 mins (and the street was too loud, but lovely compliments to our teacher!) I paused and said,

“thank you for your feedback, I hope you find a studio that fits better.”

Then last night a new a student gave us a compliment.

“Everyone here is so nice! You created such a lovely community here.”

And it confirmed my vision for the studio.

Our studio is a judgement-free zone. If you’re concerning yourself with how the other students are breathing or fidgeting or .:clutches pearls:….. LAUGHING, youre really missing the point.

Good luck finding a new studio, sis. ✌🏽

Thanks to Jersey Shore Yoga Festival 🌊☀️✌🏼 for having us yesterday! The weather didn’t exactly cooperate, but it was great meeting other studios and like-minded wellness businesses that help make Monmouth County such a spectacular place. ☀️
