Good morning everyone, it's a beautiful morning and minnows are already flying out the door. The inlet flounder bite is very good right now with quite a few keepers being caught from boat and land and minnows have been the choice bait.

Wrecks/reef- the inshore wrecks and reef sites have been giving up lots of keeper flounder and plenty of triggerfish. Some boats are using gulp on jigs or hi lo rigs while others have been using peanut bunker and squid. Whole squids have been a hot bait out there for catching larger flounder. There are still some mahi inshore on the research buoys and conch gear. Live minnows or net some peanut bunker and throw them on a small circle hook.

Midshore- boats are still reporting good mahi fishing out on the lobster and seabass gear on the further out wrecks. Trolling has worked well with small chains and clark spoons or cedar plugs. Casting baits at the pots as well is producing.

From land- the tog bite isn't to great right now unless you want to go through a lot of shorts in hopes to get one keeper. Most anglers are reporting -12-14 inch tog with a keeper here and there. The sheepshead bite is decent along with trigger fish. Sandfleas and fiddler crabs are by far the best baits.

Offshore- quite a few boats headed out to the deep today in search of yellowfin and bigeye. Hopefully we hear back. Last reports I received was mostly tile fish and mahi out there with stray yellowfin popping up.

Pictured below is Erics limit of flounder from the inlet on minnows.
And another customer that came in yesterday for minnows and had a 21" flounder shortly after starting to fish from the seawall.

Plenty of minnows are available and flounder season is starting to wind down so get out if you can. Frozen baits and lug worms are also available. I got in probably one of the last blue claw crab deliveries of the season so sn**ch them up before they go.

Have a great day and get out and fish!

Good morning everyone, the fishing report is about the same as it been. Plenty of spot and croakers in the bay and inlet. Flounder are still being caught in the bay with minnows and peanut bunker producing the best it seems. Out the wrecks it's been consistent. Some bluefin have been caught this week and plenty of mahi.
Pictured below is a nice haul from finsulation this past weekend.

Looking for some delicious local caught blue claws stop on by we have more available!

Good morning everyone, yesterday we got some good reports from outfront. Boats trolling and jigging produced Spanish mackerel and blues. And the boats fishing the wrecks had very good flounder fishing.

Midshore the mahi are making a pretty good showing around the pots with some decent sized ones being caught. Bluefin are around more so north but not out of reach from ac.

Offshore the marlin bite has been consistent with pop up yellowfin bites happening through out most of the canyons.

More blue claw crabs are available fresh from our bays!

Pictured below is kaleb with one of his Spanish mackerel and bluefish and a nice flounder. And also pictured below is Nigel and Josh's haul from the wrecks yesterday. Have a great day and get out and fish!

Our crabber surprised us and was back to our dock a lot sooner than we thought. Fresh local blue claw crabs are in! Get them while they last. From our bay to our dock these crabs never see a truck for transportation.

Good morning everyone, Labor Day weekend has arrived and it looks like we will have decent weather. The fishing has been hit or miss still plenty of short action on the tog and flounder from land with some keepers mixed. Croakers and spot are still around in abundance and we will have more of the popular lug worms in today to keep your rods bending. Plenty of minnows are available and green crabs.

Boats fishing the wrecks and reefs are doing pretty good on solid flounder. And boats fishing midshore are doing well on mahi with quite a few boats get close to or full limits.

We do have blue claw crabs coming in today they should land on our dock right around 11am. They are mixed 1s and 2s for 25$ a dozen. If they are anything like the last bushels we got in, they were great local caught crabs. They will go fast so be sure to call ahead to either hold or to check if they are still available.

Have a great weekend we will be here from 6am-4pm Saturday and Sunday and maybe a few hours on Monday.

Good morning everyone, we are starting to see the offshore action pick back up with boats reporting some yellowfins being caught from the toms down to the Wilmington mostly on the troll. This must be the year of the Allison's as multiple have been caught over the past week including this beautiful 172 pounder that Blu Flu Sportfishing got!

The reefs and wrecks are giving up plenty of keeper flounder, we saw some excellent fishing at our 3rd annual railed at the scale tournament with multiple boats bringing in 3 fish stringers of flounder over 15 pounds total weight. Those include Overtime Sportfishing , Parker18, and finsulation. Thankyou to all who participated this year.

In the bay it's still the same old story lots of shorts and short tog with a few keepers. Some sheepshead and triggers mixed in as well. There was some quick action of Spanish mackerel in the inlet over the weekend so make sure to have some diamond jigs or deadly dicks with you to cast at them if you see them come through.

Plenty of live minnows and green crabs are available along with frozen baits. Have a great day and get out and fish!
