From Day One.
When Kamil first stepped onto the futsal court with IN10SITY at just 8 years old, we knew there was something different about him.
Over the years, one thing never changed. His talent was obvious, but what truly separated him were his humility, coachability, discipline, work ethic, and relentless focus. Those qualities are what have taken him to where he is today.
None of this happens without incredible support from home. Kamil’s parents believed in our vision from the very beginning. They trusted IN10SITY Futsal to be a part of his development, and together we’ve watched him grow into an exceptional player and an even better young man.
Today, we couldn’t be more proud to congratulate Kamil Castillo on signing his D.C. United Academy Homegrown Contract.
Long before futsal became what it is today, we believed in the game. After lengthy futsal playing careers about 10 years ago, we helped pioneer youth futsal in the DMV with the Maryland Misfits (Kamils first team before we changed to In10sity) because we knew it could develop players differently. Kamil was one of the very first players to embrace that journey, and he has always stood out as one of the very best.
This is more than a milestone for one player. It’s a reminder of what can happen when talent, family support, and years of purposeful development come together.
