Labor Day Weekend Update for Champions Atlantic Beach! We are open regular business hours all weekend and have some special classes on Monday/Labor Day! All classes free with membership and day/guest passes are $15 during staffed hours!

Our September group fitness schedule is live on the app and on the website! New this month… 6 am First Thing Fridays every week! Also a format change to a step interval class on Wednesday mornings and a pop up Pilates class on Labor Day at 9:45 am! 6 am classes start this Friday- August 14! We are adding a few trial classes at member request- first up HIIT 45 with trainer/instructor David! This class will HIT everything in 45 minutes, is modifiable for all levels, and will start the weekend off right! When you get off Friday, workout already done! ✔️ 💪 💥 Early morning classes are a benefit to members only; week, month, 4 month and full members- no day passes available! www.championsab.com
