Holiday update! We will be open normal hours all holiday weekend, including Monday, May 25th! The desk is open 8-8 on Memorial Day and we have one class, a special themed Memorial Day ride with Brad at 8:30 am! 🇺🇸

Introducing Ann-Marie- our new yoga instructor at Champions Atlantic Beach! Join her Tuesday nights at 5:30 pm! A little about her…. “I’m a North Carolina native, dog mom, and dual‑certified yoga teacher who blends mindful movement with functional strength. I’m committed to supporting people and creating spaces where people can move with intention, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves. In the gym, my goal is to help students build strength, mobility, and confidence while staying connected to their breath and their bodies. Real, present, and always learning. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a very human approach to every session.” All classes free with membership- bring a guest for $15 day pass!! 🧘 🧘‍♂️ 🧘‍♀️ 🌞 🌙 ❤️
