Power Pilates

Power Pilates Class days are Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 till 8:00. Class price is 10.00 per class with no contract. Pay as you go. She hopes to see you in her classes soon.

Pilate's Classes at First Coast Center for the Arts are instructed by Phyllis Brooks. Phyllis has been a Personal Trainer in Jacksonville since 2002, she is Certified in Pilates and has held a certificate since 2004, in 2007 she was excited to add a Certificate in Group Fitness. Student Safety is something Phyllis takes seriously so she also holds a CPR certificate through the American Heart Assoc

iation. Her Pilates class incorporates mat workouts using body weight resistance, stability ball, bands, dumbbells, gliders and medicine balls. She strives to keep each class meeting a mix of exercises in order to achieve maximum muscle confusion. Every class incorporates strength, balance, flexibility and coordination in each workout. Phyllis is aware that times are tough and people need to be careful with their spending, so her classes are only $7.00....and NO CONTRACT!!! With that price everyone can make exercise an important part of their lives.

Join me tonight at First Coast Center for the arts at 7 o’clock. We will be working with a body bar tonight and finishing off with a mat abdominal burn. Shoes are not needed. This is our last hurrah for me. I love Pilates today as much as the first day I started 25 years ago it is just time to retire and enjoy life to its fullest, I will miss all so so very much.😜

Join me tonight at 7 o’clock at First Coast Center for the arts. We will be using weights for full body workout and then down to the mat for a through Z core. Shoes will be needed. This will be my last month teaching at First Coast center for the arts. It has been a wonderful ride for 25 years. August 29 will be my last class . I’ve loved every minute of it, but it’s time for me to retire. First Coast Center for the arts has been absolutely amazing as well as the members. I will miss both so very very much.
