respectfully… the freedom you crave with food + your physique usually comes after a season of more structure + sacrifice, not before it.
because the way you get in shape is NOT the same way you stay in shape.
and i think a lot of people confuse the “building” phase with what the rest of their life is supposed to feel like.
yes, at first there may be
more intentionality.
more planning.
more saying no to the random “f it” choices that have kept you stuck.
but eventually?
you stop feeling out of control around food.
you stop needing to restart every monday.
you stop swinging between restriction and overeating.
you can go on the trip, have the date night, eat the dessert without second thinking.
that freedom in how you eat & how you move?
it’s built through the temporary sacrifice + structure you keep trying to avoid.
It doesn’t trap you.
It leads to a freedom that you have yet to experience yet.
I promise you it changes everything :)
