Field Day is a throw back to middle school recess and high school gym games, full of back yard summer fun and adults acting like kids again. It is an excuse to get competitive, wear costumes, and gather your friends together for a common goal, to hold the title of King of the Field. Picture this - mid summer Atlanta in Historic 4th Ward Park. 50 teams, over 1,000 spectators, playing multiple simultaneous games, food trucks and beer tents, all rallied together for a common goal, to enjoy Atlanta in the Summer and to get a little dirty.
