People were asking me what I ate today and here is the break down.
So for breakfast I ate one egg boiled, 4 slices of tomatoes, sauerkraut and a berry and kale smoothie, lunch farm burger chicken burger (egg plant, tomato, and a lettuce wrap instead of bun.) With shared bowl of asparagus broccoli and Wisconsin cheddar cheese soup. Dinner was wild caught salmon baked zucchini and asparagus. For snack raw almonds and a plus bar. Water all day and one cup of light. Roast coffee with half and half. I feel wonderful
