This is your opportunity to focus on YOU! This event will be held in a private event facility so there will be no worry of time, space, or noise. For only $20.00 (with a friend) you will reserve your space for this fun filled event I will also provide each attendee with a vision board, but feel free to bring your own quotes or photos. I will have magazines, stock paper, designs, paint, materials, and glue to share but bring any old magazines and items you would like to add to your board. This workshop is for you! You can’t control your way to peace! Control may temporarily quiet your fear, but it will always keep your anxiety fed.

At some point, healing requires you to stop trying to manage every outcome and learn how to trust—God first, then the woman He is restoring you to be.

Because anything you need another person to give you before you can have peace has the potential to become an idol.

Protect your peace. Stop feeding your anxiety.

The greatest deception after heartbreak is believing another woman received the life you were building toward.

If he couldn’t value your loyalty, your love, your prayers, your growth, or your heart, then his choice is not a reflection of your value.

The prize was never the relationship.

The prize has always been the woman who knows her worth, protects her peace, and refuses to confuse rejection with her identity.

Not every loss is your loss🎯

Sometimes God removes you from what can no longer carry you where He’s taking you.

Sometimes the hardest part of healing isn’t taking the next step, it’s trusting God enough to be still while He prepares it.

The enemy wants you anxious about the unknown because anxiety keeps you clinging to what’s familiar. But God often restores us by first inviting us to rest. Rest isn’t doing nothing. Rest is trusting. Rest is surrendering. Rest is believing that His plan is better than your backup plan.

If you feel stuck, don’t mistake God’s invitation to rest as His absence. He may be restoring the very parts of you that need to be strengthened before your next season.

Restoration starts with rest.🎯

Sometimes the greatest heartbreak isn’t meant to destroy you, its meant to heal you 🙏🏽

What if that disappointment wasn’t a punishment, but an invitation?

An invitation to love yourself more deeply.
An invitation to strengthen your boundaries.
An invitation to stop abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.

Every painful experience exposes something:
• A blind spot.
• A belief that needs healing.
• A boundary that needs building.
• A place where God is inviting you to grow.

Don’t waste your pain by only grieving what happened. Ask God what He’s revealing through it.

Sometimes the very thing that broke your heart is the doorway to becoming the woman you’ve been praying to be.

Stop mourning what exposed you.
Start thanking God for what He’s showing you.

Your crossover begins the moment you stop asking, “Why did this happen to me?” and start asking, “Lord, what are You preparing me for?”

An emotional vampire doesn’t always look like an enemy. Sometimes they wear the title of mother, husband, boyfriend, best friend, or someone you deeply love.

The question is not, “Who are they to me?” The question is, “What are their patterns?”

An emotional vampire sees relationships as a source of supply. When they need your attention, your help, your validation, your time, your money, or your emotional labor, you are everything to them. They call. They show up. They need you.

But the moment they no longer need something from you, they can discard you, ignore you, give you the silent treatment, or act as if you don’t exist.

Love should not only be present when you are useful.

Pay attention to the pattern. Pay attention to the motive. Pay attention to how your nervous system feels after every interaction.

A healthy relationship is built on mutual love, respect, care, and consideration, not on someone consuming you until you have nothing left to give.

You can love someone and still recognize that their access to you needs boundaries.

When a woman gives her love, trust, loyalty, vulnerability, and heart to a relationship and receives betrayal, infidelity, abandonment, neglect, abuse, or deception in return, the damage runs deeper than heartbreak.

It impacts identity.

It impacts self-worth.

It impacts the way she sees herself, others, and the future.

One of the most powerful realizations from a session today was this:

My client wasn’t trying to find the version of herself that existed before the relationship.

Because the truth is, she didn’t fully know her worth before the relationship either.

So the goal isn’t to go back.

The goal is to build forward.

To intentionally create the woman she wants to become.

To develop self-worth that isn’t dependent on who stays, who leaves, who chooses her, or who betrays her.

Some experiences don’t simply require healing.

They require rebuilding.

And while that process is painful, it is also where transformation begins.

You are not looking for the woman you used to be.

You are creating the woman you were always meant to become.

In session today, we processed how what looked like “just s*x” was actually deeper.
Underneath it was a lack of security.
A lack of vision.
A lack of self-esteem.
A lack of meaning.

So s*x became the plan.
The validation.
The identity.
The survival strategy.

But healing is realizing you were ALWAYS worth more than what you could offer access to.

Your body was never meant to carry the weight of your identity.
Freedom begins when you stop confusing being desired with being valued.

God did not die on the cross for you to remain trapped in cycles that keep you disconnected from who you truly are.👑
